Counter-offering a Government Agent's Notice
These are the only words that you
should say to any official, in writing or otherwise, especially any type
of judge/magistrate:
To any question, your only response is: "I do not understand"!
[This has the effect of stating to them that you do not stand under
their jurisdiction, because you are sovereign and do not recognize their
jurisdiction over you.] If you say anything other than "I do not
understand," or especially answer a question, you set the jurisdiction
and establish who is in charge and pretty much confess your guilt! This
remains the same, even if you're asked: would you like something to eat;
a telephone call; mail; a visit from your wife or dear mother; bail; to
speak with a bondsman or BAR-Fly; what time is it; would you like to go
home?
You may also say the following phrases:
"I Do Not Know You!"
"I am not the party whose name
appears on your paperwork!"
"I am (state only your given name,
also called your first and middle name given to you by your parents)
: family Smith" spelled as shown, using the upper & lower case
letters indicating a family appellation or tribe, and not written any
other way.
"I am not authorized to speak for or represent the defendant!"
"Your accusations or charges are not
understood. I Do Not Know You! I Do Not understand what you want!"
"Your accusations or charges are
refused for Cause without Dishonor, for failure to state a Claim upon
which Relief can be granted!"
"Do you judge/magistrate, have a claim against me? Is there any Man
and Living Spirit present here who has a claim against me? Good, since
there appears to be no claim against me, I am going home - thank you!"
If you do not remember or cannot think of what to say, always say this:
"I do not understand"! Even if they, or a BAR-Fly, Doctor or
Nurse asks you a question, or asks: "What is it that you do not
understand"? you say: "I do not understand what it is that I do not
understand!"
Miranda told you that you have a right to remain silent! If you
say anything other than what is written above, You Will Go To Prison!
Never, ever, sign a bail piece or promise to return!
