Free Electron Physics the Effective
Response to Petrochemical Contamination of Ecosystems
Allen Aslan Heart and the men of Panthor Research
There IS an alternative to a
dead Gulf of Mexico that is unique in
the history of chemistry and physics: "Free Electron Physics" Free
Electron Physics makes possible the transmutation of toxic environments
into rejuvenated, healthy ecosystems.
On this Water Planet, water has served as the
primary medium for the many complex chemical reactions needed to sustain
life. Within this aqueous medium, at existing temperatures, chemical
reactions are constantly supporting the simplest of micro-organisms to the
most complex of species.
Yet, throughout
history the sciences of water and hydrocarbons have not mixed well. The
science of hydrocarbons, with its artificial complex chemical reactions,
has provided many gifts to humanity. but, in watery mediums at existing
temperatures, hydrocarbon chemical reactions have been impossible. All
that has now been changed forever...if we are allowed to go there to
consider and investigate the new paradigms that will evolve from this
revolutionary new technology.
Free Electrons can be generated chemically and then introduced into waters
and other aqueous media of the Earth environment. Free Electrons initiate
a chain reaction of atomic events which facilitate toxic hydrocarbon
compounds moving through accelerated chemical reactions, leaving non-toxic
substances as the final product.
The Free Electron Technology Molecule, invented in 1974, was identified in
a private evaluation at MIT in 1988. The Nobel Laureate conducting the
investigation applied Electron Microscopy to probe the function of the
Free Electron Technology Molecule. The MIT electron microscopy revealed:
1) The largest macro molecule ever encountered
2) The Free Electron Technology Molecule was composed of three rings:
a) an inner ring
b) a combinational ring
c) an outer ring which contained three free electrons.
The scientists explained that the three free
electrons initiate a process that ruptures hydrocarbon molecular bonds
without the addition of energy. This activity had no scientific
explanation and defied the Second Law of Thermodynamics, which requires
that, for an action to take place there must be an input of energy.
From the electron photograph of the Free Electron Technology Molecule, a
retired Diamond Shamrock director, in concert with the Nobel Laureate and
other scientists, engineered a
molecule
with seven free electrons, which was pilot-tested successfully in a
cleansing of a portion of the Rhine River in Europe.
These scientists were pleased enough with the transmutation research that
a $2.5 million proposal was developed to demonstrate the Free Electron
Technology at the Valdez oil spill in concert with MIT, The University of
Washington and The University of Oregon. Exxon refused the offer and
ordered the team of experts off the beach at the threat of the machine
gun-toting goon squad..
The Free Electron Technology ruptures
hydrocarbon molecular bonds without the addition of energy. The bond
rupturing initiates the transmutation of persistent toxic hydrocarbon
compounds into non-toxic bio-food, amino acids derived from the molecular
structure and water. The Transmutation Process initiates a chain reaction
in the aqueous (watery) phase of a polluted environment. The water,
thereby, serves as both the delivery system and the reaction medium for
the Transmutation Process.
Imagine transmutation of CFC’s in the ozone
layer and atmosphere; oil spills in the oceans; PCB’s in surface waters;
pesticides in soils, and benzene and other toxic solvents in aquifers.
Although presently unexplained,
the
process
holds great promise for neutralizing poisons
in Earth's ecosystems. Otherwise, under normal conditions toxic
hydrocarbon compounds will remain in the environment for hundreds to many
thousands of years.
Strategies for cleansing toxic ecosystems.
The mission of the Kokopelli Purification Project would be to design and
construct a computational research center and multinational licensing
agency for the technology transfer of specific environmental purification
technologies worldwide..
The result of the
Kokopelli Purification Project
would be the Charters and Enterprise Architecture Blueprints for the
Kokopelli Purification
Research Center and the
Kokopelli Purification
Consortium.
The
Kokopelli Purification
Research
Center would be chartered as a virtual, collaborative computational
science center for the purpose of researching the Free Electron Technology
and Transmutation Process. The Center would develop specific patents and
intellectual properties which would serve to expedite the licensing and
technology transfer of the Transmutation Process.
The
Kokopelli Purification
Consortium
would serve as a multinational licensing agency for technology transfer of
the Free Electron Technologies and Transmutation Processes throughout the
world. The Consortium would administer the logistics of Technology
Transfer and engineer the funding for ecosystem cleansings using
variations of Project Finance.
The
Kokopelli Purification Research
Center would be supported by a computational infrastructure capable of
uniting highly trained experts, state-of-the-art virtual laboratories and
leading-edge computer programs.
The Research Center would apply the emerging discipline of Computational
Science to evaluating the Free Electron Technology and the ramifications
of the Transmutation Process.
Through computer simulation
and other computational chemistry tools, the Free Electron functions at
the molecular, atomic and quantum levels would be further explored. These
computational analyses and simulations would form the scientific basis
needed to develop an understanding of the Free Electron transmutation
function.
Computational Environmental Molecular Science tools would analyze, through
computer simulations, interactions of the Free Electron Technology with
toxins and natural environmental factors at the molecular level, as well
as advanced scientific visualizations of potential ecosystem cleansings.
Modern technological advances in Computational Science and Environmental
Science have brought tremendous power to the task of exploring and
understanding the complex issues surrounding environmental technology
research, toxic site evaluation and development of cleanup strategies.
Some benefits arising from these technological advances are:
1) Computational Science provides an
understanding of the complex chemical interactions of man-made materials
with environmental elements.
2) Computational Science provides data that would be difficult or
impossible to obtain from a lab or a field experiment due to cost, time,
space or danger.
3) Computational Science cost effectively allows in-depth investigation of
proposed strategies, procedures and technology applications in a
relatively short period of time.
4) Computational Science addresses risk analysis and “what-if” questions
such as, “What are the long term effects of a chemical by-product
interaction?” “Will an underground treatment spread to an adjacent
aquifer?”
The Research Center and Consortium will take
full advantage of this computing power.
BENEFITS OF THE KOKOPELLI RESEARCH CENTER
A primary benefit of the Research Center and the Consortium is that they
would be designed to work together from crisis to solution, free of
special interest prejudice or favor. This benefit is reflected in the
Center’s approach to each toxicity crisis - formatting a Neutralization
Scenario. Teams of scientists and specialists would be assigned to build
and integrate the components of Neutralization Scenarios. The
computational science visualizations of the Transmutation Process
form the scientific centerpiece for each Scenario.
A Neutralization Scenario would also include the combined analysis of
political, educational, economic, sociological, scientific, spiritual and
anthropological forces influencing the toxicity crisis. The Center will
accomplish these information management tasks by applying Self-Training
Artificial Neural Networks within highly developed Knowledge portals.
Once completed, a Neutralization Scenario will be sent to the Consortium
for implementation.
THE KOKOPELLI PURIFICATION CONSORTIUM
The Consortium, in it’s capacity as a Multinational Licensing Agency,
would expedite the legal transfer of the Transmutation Process to
communities in need of toxicity neutralization.
As a technology transfer bureau, the consortium would bring investment
banking and merchant banking techniques to bear in order to ensure that
global capital is directed to underwriting the complex and economically
challenging tasks of ecosystem cleansing. Licensees would be assisted by a
knowledge bank of global business resources developed and managed by the
Consortium. Some proposed services would be:
1) to develop Project Finance templates for
assisting licensees in structuring alternative funding programs,
2) to pool resources required for implementing Neutralization Scenarios,
3) to coordinate humanitarian initiatives and
4) to act as a repository for toxic site criteria from around the planet.
BENEFITS OF THE CONSORTIUM
A major benefit of the Consortium would be its ability to implement and
coordinate a Neutralization Scenario. A great majority of the Technology
Transfer protocols required to implement a Scenario have already been
developed by the Council on Sustainable Development and The United Nations
Council on Environment and Development.
The United Nations Council on Environment and Development has established
that the transfer of Environmentally Sound Technologies (EST) must be
preceded by the development of Intellectual Properties.
The Research Center would develop the Intellectual Properties and engineer
the Technology Transfer Programs. The Consortium would administer the
Licensing and implement the Technology Transfer Programs.
The following scenario defines some of the complicated dynamics with which
the Consortium could face in the
future.
Thirteen years after the Valdez oil spill, it has been reported that the
fish have mutated and that oil can be found 6 inches under the sand and
soil. The cleanup has been superficial. The integrity of the ecosystem has
been destroyed.
What if the residual oil saturating the ecosystem could be transmuted into
bio-food? Despair would quickly be transformed into hope. Cleansing the
ecosystem of Prince William Sound or the Gulf of Mexico would restore the
impacted human communities as well as the environment. The Free Electron
Technology has the capacity to transmute the spilled oil in the Prince
William Sound ecosystem and in the Gulf of Mexico. Crude oil on the
surface can be thickened to make it easier to sweep into oil recovery
craft and re-emulsified later for refining.
In the Gulf of Mexico, the crude oil
has been driven deep into the depths.
Oil that has sunk into the cold anoxic depths can be transmuted as well.
Cold temperatures and a lack of oxygen are not limiting factors in Free
Electron Physics..
Since water is the reaction medium for the
Transmutation Process, neutralization of toxicity can be accomplished deep
within an ecosystem. The Transmutation Process is limited solely by the
permeation of water into the substrate. The challenge of repairing an
ecosystem must encompass certain exigencies beyond the science.
Political - What would be required to secure approval from local,
governmental and industrial authorities to apply the Transmutation
Process?
Educational - How can the citizens and communities be educated in order to
secure support for applying the Transmutation Process?
Economic - Who would fund such an endeavor and what financial mechanisms
could be developed to bring multiple parties to finance the Transmutation
Process?
Sociological - What benefits would the communities reap as the ecosystem
is returned to a healthy state by applying the Transmutation Process?
Scientific - What advanced computing tools could be brought to bear to
generate computer simulations of the Transmutation Process being applied
within the Prince William Sound ecosystem or the Gulf of Mexico?
Spiritual - What consciousness raising process would be initiated when the
Prince William Sound or Gulf of Mexico ecosystem is restored?
Anthropological - What would be the cultural benefits brought to peoples
across the planet when news spreads of ecosystem rejuvenation?
Accounting for these multiple perspectives, The Consortium would engineer
a Critical Path Method for ecosystem cleansings.
Ownership and control of the Free Electron
Technology’s functions must be established. Due to the seemingly unlimited
functions of the Technology, the construction of a patent bank is
essential.
Once the cornerstone patents have been identified, control would be
maintained by building a patent fence. This patent fence, secured within
the Patent Bank, would provide 360 degree control of the Free Electron
Technology’s functions. One could envision this Patent Bank as a
humanitarian control mechanism designed to ensure that distribution of the
technology would be worldwide. The licensing mechanisms would be applied
to extend the technology, not restrict it.
By implementing correct intellectual asset management strategies, The
Patent Bank would maneuver the Transmutation Process, via licensing, to
afflicted sites around the world. The Patent Bank would be chartered
offshore to develop, evaluate and secure Free Electron Technology
application patents. The Patent Bank would implement Comprehensive
Intellectual Asset Management Programs to effectively leverage the value
and potential of the specialized Intellectual Property portfolios.
Investment in the Patent Bank in the Kokopelli Purification Research
Center would offer the investors access to the developing Patent and
Intellectual Property portfolios.
Ecology Investment Bank
The vast scope and breadth of the applications for the Free Electron
Technology would require an appropriate technology incubator to coordinate
parallel underwritings for the myriad research and development
opportunities. The Research Center has chosen the vehicle of a specialized
Ecology Investment Bank to develop financial products required for such a
unique undertaking.
The Ecology Investment Bank would be chartered to design and execute
customized financial products for accelerating environmental purification
research, i.e.: product development financing, research and development
partnerships, commercialization development partnerships and project
finance.
The Bank will enjoy fees and equity participation.
Below are some of the research and development areas to be considered by
the Ecology Investment Bank for commercialization investment.

Investors in the Ecology Investment Bank would
have access to investment opportunities geared to the restoration of
Mother Earth’s environmental purity.
It has been determined that, while most large U.S. oil reservoirs have
already been discovered, two-thirds of the oil still remains in old fields
after conventional recovery technology has been applied. More than 224
billion barrels of immobile oil remain in U.S. domestic reservoirs.
Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), using advanced technologies, has the
potential to recover another 100 billion barrels worth about $7 trillion
at today’s prices (2010).
The fluid top oil, approximately 15%, is easily extracted. However, the
oil that remains is extremely viscous and requires extraordinary means to
extract it from the ground. One of the processes used to loosen this thick
oil is Chemical Flooding. For a number of reservoirs, Chemical Flooding
may be the only method to increase production.
In 1989 our group initiated a Chemical Flooding core test using a
modulated Free Electron Technology Formula. The dramatic results indicated
that, because the Free Electron Formula reduced the viscosity of the heavy
oil quickly and efficiently, the Formula had tremendous cost-effective
potential in the field of Enhanced Oil Recovery.
Ninety percent of China's petroleum
reserves are heavy oils that can be economically recovered with Free
Electron Technology.
Banks are willing to accept collateral based on a percentage of “proved
reserves” in a field, without having to actually remove the oil. The
Kokopelli Purification Project proposes that when the power of the Free
Electron Technology meets the fallow oil fields within sophisticated
computer simulations, a viable collateral potential will be revealed.
Petroleum industry scientists use simulations run on high performance
computers to determine the production potential of reservoirs and the most
efficient methods to extract petroleum resources, before investment in
field operations is made. The simulations model large complex field
problems quickly, accurately and efficiently, leading ultimately to
reduced recovery costs. We would contract advanced computational
simulations of the Free Electron Technology in heavy oil fields to
ascertain the unique collateral value. Theoretically, the power of the
Free Electron Formula would be sufficient to increase the potential
collateral value of petroleum reserves.
Aqueous-based phase transfer catalysts of
Free Electron Technology have the remarkable capability to reduce or
increase the molecular weight of hydrocarbons in aqueous media at normally
existing temperatures without energy inputs. Applied to current
hydrocarbon related activities the Free Electron Technology can streamline
all phases of extraction, transportation, production, processing,
distribution and utilization of hydrocarbons.
Oil spills and the bogeyman of
Peak Oil can become an
unpleasant history instead of an imminent cataclysm.
