Depopulation targets

Our politicians are willing stooges of a hidden money power that rules the world. The ruling elite have used bio-weapons, chemical weapons, electronic weapons, exotic weapons, nuclear weapons, radioactive weapons and any other means they can to implement the New World Order so they can maximize profits.

In regions that have air pollution, the radiation from depleted uranium acts synergistically with chemical pollution as a “force multiplier” and increases the effects of radiation by 8-10 times. Dr. Ernest Sternglass reported that by reducing low level radiation 90 percent, the radiation damage is decreased by only 50 percent. In other words, at very low levels, less (radiation) is more (damaging), which is known as the supralinear effect.

Uranium-235 was used to “spike” the depleted uranium bombs which the U.S. military gave to Israel to use in their attack on Lebanon in the summer of 2006. This would have the effect of accelerating the adverse health effects in the exposed population in Lebanon.

On July 12, 2006, the day that Israel began its attack on Lebanon, a huge celebration was held by Shell, British Petroleum, Chevron and other U.S. oil companies to mark the opening of the Ceyhan oil pipeline from the Caspian oilfields to a warm water port on the Mediterranean in Turkey. Three more pipelines will be built under the sea to transport water, natural gas and petroleum offshore from Lebanon to Israel.

The “July attack” was the unveiling of the U.S. militarization of the eastern Mediterranean and the introduction of Israel as the military cop in the region to protect the Ceyhan pipeline. Few people realize that Israel will serve as the U.S. “gas pump” at a Red Sea port for Asian countries. Asian countries have been blocked from building oil pipelines to Central Asian oilfields, forcing them to buy oil from the U.S. and other investors via Israel and transport it by sea.

National Security Council (NSC) Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, and titled “Implications of world wide population growth for U.S. security and overseas interests,” states:

“Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that ‘depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World.’ He quoted reasons of national security, and because (t)he U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries ... Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of U.S.”

Beirut, Iran, Venezuela, Columbia, the Philippines and other oil rich regions were listed by Kissinger and other U.S. government experts as prime targets for depopulation. Note the oil reserves and pipelines in those regions. Before 1920, Herbert Hoover discovered the largest oil deposits in the world offshore from Vietnam.

The prime purpose of the Vietnam War was for depopulation through the use of defoliants such as Agent Orange to cause crop failure and starvation in the population. This was the stated purpose of using a defoliant – later developed as Agent Orange – when it was created in 1943. According to Thomas Ferguson in the State Department’s Office of Population Affairs, Vietnam backfired and the population increased during the Vietnam War. But the residual long term effects of Agent Orange have done their job, causing severe birth defects and illnesses in the post-Vietnam War population.

The end game

Behind all of the civil wars, big wars and small wars in the past 60 years are special interests in Britain and the U.S. Henry Kissinger’s fingerprints are all over the depopulation program and the use of depleted uranium. Kissinger was recruited from academia by the Rockefellers, but his real master is Jacob Rothschild and the London Money Power.

The ultimate goal of the global ruling elite is to strip the economic resources of nations and gain total control of the world’s wealth while reducing the global community to the elite fascist capitalists’ and communists’ original concept of communism: a one-class system of dumbed down slave workers. This has been a stated goal of the ruling elite for several hundred years, even before the global population had increased to the modern levels that are causing concern.

Here is a statement by David Rockefeller, chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations from 1970 to 1985: “Some even believe we (the Rockefeller family) are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”³⁶

Modern agricultural technologies imposed by the IMF and the World Bank have actually decreased food production in regions where ancient indigenous agricultural technologies produced 10 times more food, such as around Lake Titicaca, in Peru and Bolivia. The “population explosion” is an excuse for intentional depopulation and massive genocide by ruling elites and it is now rapidly being implemented on a scale that is unprecedented.

Since 1991, in Iraq, Yugoslavia and Afghanistan, the U.S. and its British military partner have looted and bombed the cultural relics of those countries into radioactive rubble, destroying families and erasing the collective memory and expression of ancient cultures and civilizations. The looting of the Baghdad Museum was planned in the Pentagon in January 2003 with the same antiquities dealers who looted the Nazi collections after WW II. The destruction of national identity is also part of “the plan.”

“To achieve one-world government,” said Brock Chisholm, former director of the U.N. World Health Organization, “it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, their loyalty to family traditions and national identification.”

The ultimate elite fascist capitalists’ and communists’ dream is underway, and the citizens of the world are the real target of the “war on terrorism” at local, regional and global levels. The purpose of this war is to bring about a global authoritarian state. Genocidal programs are now being carried out globally through any methods possible and extend to a scale of mass human genocide.

The ultimate war crime is omnicide, which has changed the genome of all living things on Earth. The genome of all living things, which evolved over 4.5 billion years, has been changed irreversibly in less than a century. The ruling elites have made this decision for all of us. This is a game where everyone loses … on the Queen’s Death Star.

Genocide

Article 2 of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide defines genocide as follows: “In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
