Dear TRANS UNION;
Please heed this
notice very carefully. I believe this is about the 4th time I have
sent you notices disputing the bogus liens on my credit report plus
other derogative information. You are not using reasonable
procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information on
my report. Your company policy and procedures are violating the
Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C.A. section 1681 et. seq.). I am
questioning your methods of obtaining information. You have to do
more than just phone the county recorders office and get their okay,
or however you verify information because you REFUSE to provide me
any proper verification. Court cases I have on record back me up on
this point. The word ‘verify’ means: To confirm or
substantiate by oath or affidavit. Particularly used of making
formal oath to accounts, petitions, pleadings, and other papers.
The word “verified,” when used in a statute, ordinarily imports a
verity attested by the sanctity of an oath. It is frequently used
interchangeably with “sworn”.
To prove to be true; to confirm or
establish the truth or truthfulness of; to check or test the
accuracy or exactness of; to confirm or establish the authenticity
of; to authenticate; to maintain; to affirm; to support; second;
back as a friend. See also Verification. Black’s Law

You are also violating the Uniform
Federal Lien Registration Act, which states that the Notice of Lien
requires that the notice be certified and signed by the Secretary of
the Treasury of the United States or his or her delegate. What
documents do you have that has a bona-fide written signature showing
authority for lien attachment? A signature stamp, with no first or
middle name, or with one initial and a last name does not
constitute a bona-fide signature or bona-fide presentment.
Please provide me
with proof that you verified or clear my record! I expect
this to be done during your allotted 30-day period. I am requesting
that you use reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible
accuracy of the information on my report. Your prolonged selling
of inaccurate information pertaining to my name is causing me
injury.
