Since 1933 you and all other Americans have been pledged for the debt of the UNITED STATES owed to international bankers, most of whom are foreign to our country.  Your credit, labor, productivity and property have been used and is now being used as collateral by the incorporated UNITED STATES OF AMERICA without your knowledge or consent. This is legal until you take back your implied consent by a special, lawful process.   

In fact, you are unknowingly volunteering to be chattel for a mortgage held by financiers from the founding of this nation.  Perhaps you infer that the name on the tax statement is yours and so you respond as though it were. This is voluntary servitude. To make this legal it was necessary to “cut a hole in the fence.” No matter that the escape route is hidden, obscured by legal brambles to make escape difficult. Unused it presumes consent.

After eight years of George Bush trashing our freedoms you’d think the pollies would like to show that they’re real Americans. Look! We have had to endure a goofy Official Conspiracy Theory for 9/11, an unending War on Terror, the USA Patriot Act, rampant torture, lies about WMD, murder, more lies, surveillance, snooping, and wire tapping… you’d think they’d get it! We the People are fed up! Three times Bush said he’d like to be dictator!

Doug Thompson reports that in November 2005 when Bush was preparing to renew the USA PATRIOT Act, an aide unwisely reminded him that

“There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution.”

“Stop throwing the Constitution in my face,” Bush screamed back. “It’s just a god-damned piece of paper!”

What about his OATH OF OFFICE!!! That didn’t mean anything either! His solemn pledge TWICE was to “uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

So now it’s over….right? RIGHT? Sanity once again, freedoms restored, the rule of law is back…..? WRONG!

Won’t happen! Long before the nominating conventions news began to spread about the two leading candidates vying to be President. Neither one had passed the eligibility requirements as stated in the Constitution. Careful investigation and discussion had shown that neither Barack Obama nor John McCain were eligible to become President! Is this for real? Can this be? The issue is over the Constitution’s requirement that the President must be “natural born”. That means “Born in the USA! Not born an alien and “naturalized”. It means “Born in the USA!”

Barack Obama has had a complicated childhood it would seem and claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961. That’s all we know for certain. He hasn’t revealed in which hospital he claims to have been born. Phil Berg, Esq. alleges that:

Obama’s grandmother on his father’s side, his half-brother and half-sister all claim Obama was born not in Hawaii but in Kenya. Reports reflect that Obama’s mother traveled to Kenya during her pregnancy; however, she was prevented from boarding a flight from Kenya to Hawaii at her late stage of pregnancy (which, apparently, was a normal restriction, to avoid births during a flight). By these reports, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama gave birth to Obama in Kenya, after which she flew home and registered Obama’s birth. There are records of a “registry of birth” for Obama, on or about August 8, 1961 in the public records office in Hawaii.

In this take off on the Abbot and Costello comedy routine “Who’s on First, What’s on Second”, it seems as though Obama was out at first base by 4 days. He’s Kenyan.

Unless, of course, his 18 year old mother conferred US citizenship on her newborn son because she was a US Citizen. That doesn’t work out, though, because she would have to be a US Citizen for five years after her 14th birthday. She would have had to have been at least 19 years of age for Obama to obtain “natural born” US Citizenship through his birthmother. So he’s back to being a Kenyan.

His mom divorced Obama’s Kenyan father, and, when Obama was about six years old, she married an Indonesian man and moved to Indonesia with her son. If Obama had by some means stolen second base and become a “natural born” US Citizen, he was out at third base when his mom became an Indonesian citizen and he was recognized as Indonesian. “I Don’t Know” is on third.

So now Obama is Indonesian.

About four years later his mom left Indonesia with Obama to return to Hawaii. She could have resumed her US Citizenship upon application and an Oath of Allegiance. At eighteen, Obama could have at least obtained a naturalized citizenship the same way. There is no evidence that either his mother or Obama became US Citizens. At 20, Obama traveled to Pakistan using his Indonesian passport. He’s OUT trying to steal home!

John McCain’s citizenship problems are equally complex but arose out of a comparatively stable military family. Prof. Gabriel J. Chin, a law professor at the University of Arizona, has concluded that neither Mr. McCain’s 1936 birth in the Panama Canal Zone nor the fact that his parents were American citizens is enough to satisfy the constitutional requirement that the president be a “natural-born citizen.” His analysis of a 1937 law showed that it conferred citizenship on children of American parents born in the Canal Zone after 1904, but although it made John McCain a citizen just before his first birthday he would not be a “natural-born” citizen. McCain lined out to the pitcher.

No matter how qualified each of them might be they are NOT eligible to be elected President. Neither the Democratic National Committee nor the Republican National Committee paid any attention to the eligibility of the candidates that they were fielding. Why not?

The united States of America was originally constituted as a democratic republic under a constitution that was the first of its kind in Western Civilization. Because of the power and protection it gave to the people of the united States of America it became a beacon of freedom to all the world. Americans took great pride in their achievement and rejected any attempts to restrict that freedom.

Now we are ready to elect an alien President. ET might be proud, but Jefferson, Adams, and Franklin might be tut-tutting in unison over our casual treatment of the constitution that they had created.

Clearly the Constitution of the united States of America has little value in the corporatocracy that has evolved over 200 years. It has become revered as an ancient artifact, but holds less and less practical value. We have forgotten how to remain free. When Benjamin Franklin emerged from the Constitutional Convention, he was asked by one of the people gathered outside, “What kind of government do we have, sir?” He replied, “A republic…if you can keep it.”

Each American needs to learn how to take back their power. Each of you need to learn how to NOT be a serf to the modern feudalism that has overtaken our nation. Abraham Lincoln observed that “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter, and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” So we need to take a close look at our selves and the hidden powers that manipulate our lives.
